Joint research with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST / Germany)
Mitsuboshi Diamond Industrial and the Photovoltaic Power Generation Center Compound Thin Film Team (at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology in Germany) are engaged in joint research relating to glass-cutting technology for CIGS solar cells. The purpose of the joint research is “Development of essential technology for integration of high-efficiency CIGS solar cells, and technological development contributing to efficient processing, thereby achieving highly efficient CIGS solar cells and cost reductions.”
