Mitsuboshi Diamond Industrial is producing processing tools for glass, FPDs and other brittle materials at the Iida Factory.
To expand production, we are now building a new Iida Factory, also in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture. Production is scheduled to begin in November 2009. The new Iida Factory will raise the level of productivity. It will feature clean-room processing, automated inspection and packaging facilities, and more. Additionally, the new Factory is designed for a mass production system that will achieve even higher quality at lower cost.
