Mechanical patterning device developed for the chemical compounds (CIGS/CIGSS/CIS) and thin-film photovoltaic cells.
- Provides mechanical patterning at minimal width with high stability for high speed processing and less film-peeling. Minimum width: 30μm (reference value, depends on the type of film.)
- Patterning tools originally developed and manufactured by MDI.
- The know-how of glass-cutting of the world’s leading company holding over 70% share of the FPD-market worldwide, applied to P2/P3-mechanical patterning of chemical compounds (CIGS/CIGSS/CIS) and thin-film photovoltaic cells.
- The compact “all-in-one”-type that is most suitable for all kinds of R&D-worksites features an option for glass-scribing with a twin head structure (and many other options).
