Mechanical patterning device developed for the chemical compounds (CIGS/CIGSS/CIS) and thin-film photovoltaic cells.

  • Provides mechanical patterning at minimal width with high stability for high speed processing and less film-peeling. Minimum width: 30μm (reference value, depends on the type of film.)
  • Patterning tools originally developed and manufactured by MDI.
