For many years, the company has applied its proprietary \u201cScribe & Break (SnB)\u201d technology\u2014refined through extensive experience in brittle material processing such as glass\u2014to pursue high-productivity and high-precision wafer singulation in the semiconductor field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
