For a greener future

Mitsuboshi Diamond Industrial has implemented ISO 14001 (EMS) certification at all of our production bases.
As we pursue activities that benefit all of our stakeholders, including customers, end-users, and local residents, we are committed to initiatives that take into account long-term impacts, such as preserving the natural environment.
We are committed to the following environmental protection activities at all of our domestic and overseas bases.

Using natural energy

  • Installed solar panels in head office and Iida Factory
  • Storing rainwater for plants on roof and outside of buildings

Going Green

  • We have reached a “green ratio” of 28% of our company property, including solar panels

CO2 reduction

  • We now use thermal storage “eco-ice” for the outdoor air conditioning unit of our entrance hall
  • We use LEDs for our indoor lighting


 

Community Cleanup Activities

  • We regularly conduct cleanup activities around the company as part of local environmental beautification activities
  • Proactively engage in beautification activities in the neighborhood and promote environmental preservation in local communities
