Invitation to Exhibit at the “High Precision & Difficult-to-Process Technology Expo 2024”

We are pleased to announce that Sumsung Diamond Industrial Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at the “High Precision & Difficult-to-Process Technology Expo 2024,” held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 18th (Wed) to 20th (Fri), 2024.

At this exhibition, in addition to showcasing our traditional lineup of “components and samples using high-hardness materials,” we will also be displaying a variety of our own “tools and jigs designed for efficiency,” as well as “PCD measuring instruments and consumable materials for measurement applications.”

As in previous exhibitions, we will present samples featuring our fine wire EDM technology, precision finishing techniques through various grinding processes, and brazing and adhesive bonding technologies, which can be selected according to the required strength. Moreover, we have expanded our lineup to include new exhibits such as “machined products using round blades and pin materials,” which are our areas of expertise. We warmly invite you to visit our booth and explore our offerings.

【Overview】
This is a specialized exhibition aimed at providing optimal solutions to address the diverse challenges and needs in modern manufacturing. The fields requiring advanced manufacturing technologies continue to diversify, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical equipment, and food processing industries. Amid this evolving landscape, what remains consistently in demand are unique technologies that deliver unparalleled value and high functionality.

The “High Precision & Difficult-to-Machine Technology Exhibition” introduces state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies under the theme of “Pursuing the Extremes,” along with showcasing [3D Shaping Technology/AM Zone], which focuses on innovations in 3D printing as one of the key areas supporting the future of manufacturing. The event will also feature the [Prototype Market (Prototype Processing Zone)], dedicated to prototypes that play a crucial role in product development by enabling high-mix low-volume production and short lead times.

The “Surface Modification Exhibition” is a comprehensive show for surface treatment technologies, introducing various solutions such as heat treatment and plating that enhance wear resistance and durability, thereby achieving higher added value and advanced functionality.
