We announces that MDI-ASTEC VN CO., LTD., one of our group company,
was renamed ASTEC VN CO., LTD. on December 13, 2017.
Details are as follows.
１． Company
Previous name ： MDI-ASTEC VN CO., LTD.
New name ： ASTEC VN CO., LTD. （Short name：ASV）
２． Reason for change
All shares held by MDI were transferred to Astec Co., Ltd.
which is a subsidiary of MDI.
(ASTEC VN CO., LTD. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Astec Co., Ltd.)
３． Effective date
December 13, 2017
