Exhibition Overview We will present wafer samples separated using our Scribe and Break (SnB) technology, alongside the cutting tools and equipment that enable this process. Furthermore, we will feature an interactive demonstration area where visitors can experience the separation process firsthand. This will help you understand the mechanism of our proprietary SnB method, which provides a different approach compared to conventional dicing.
